Can we lay a new resin bound ourdoor surface onto an old existing resin bound surface. It is a tired and slightly stained surface which needs revitilising in same or similar material. How should we proceed?

I can't think of a reason why not. As long as the substrate is clean, dry and dust-free, it shouldn't be a problem.

Check your edging height.
You may need to install new edging to retain the new layer.

As Tony says, as long as the existing is structurally sound and stable, yes you can. If you need more information, or a supply of resin and aggregate, have a look at our resin bound surfacing system hereRonacrete Resin Bound Surfacing
