Circular patio layout

When layoing out a 3.6m diameter circular patio, should I line up the flags so the radial joints are in line, or should I offset each circle of flags so the radial joints are out of line ?

It's up to you, but I think they look better when they're offset.

I know they are different products, but look at the layout - for me, there's no competition: the offset circle wins hands down!
