- you can upload it via FTP into your account.

They seem like just the ticket - you probably don't need all the bells and whistles (e.g. forum stuff) that the gaffer has so £3 a month seems ideal. You could pay them their $50 transfer fee and let them take the strain.
My only reservations are the fact that these type of companies can be a little 'slow' in the support department if the request is a little unusual - the Gaffer had no end of problems with UK2
