what ever way you look at it you need to change hosting companies, I checked your site a couple of nights ago and got the error message that your site had been removed because you have gone over your allocated allowance, bandwidth theses days is not expensive so to delete your website is not acceptable
Its all down to how much a month you want to pay to keep your website up and running 24/7
at the moment i assume you have broadband with plusnet and they give you hosting with the same package as i can't find any pricing for hosting on the plusnet site
you need to have your own hosting package for your website with unlimited downloads as your site has a lot of photos what have not been optimised so they are a large file size
as an example i have reduced the size of this photo by 2 thirds just by using photoshop and reducing the colours by 30% but still keeping the same detail
photo 1
this photo is over 1.6 meg in size and took 22 seconds to up load to my server
photo 2
this photo is 544k in size and took 7 seconds to upload to the server
thats a massive difference to the load time for all of your site to appear in someones browser and the main reason why your going over your alloted bandwidth
just my 2 cents
I am only replying because its snowed and can't be bothered queuing up in traffic for hours only to end up back home :p

Cookie
All seems to be working from this end.
Its probably the videos youv`e added recently that have pushed it over the edge.
You have a lot of images on there that take up a lot if space, you can use software to break down the image file size without affecting the image itself.
I use go daddy.com and bluehost.com for hosting, both have been helpful when i have had issues.

The current BrewCabin and PavingExpert site is hosted on the RackSpace Cloud
A single, basic server instance with a bandwidth of around 50Gb a month would set you back about $22 pcm - there is a cost calculator at : http://www.rackspacecloud.com/cloud_hosting_products/servers/pricing
I should point out that this is for a full server system so you have access to everything that you would on a normal linux box, including full MySQL databases, Email Server, Apache Webserver and PHP pages, however it will need to be configured by a reasonably competent Sysadmin before it can start being used.
I can probably help you with this if you want, although I can't guarantee to provide a professional level of response or service

Cookie, the point Mick makes about some of your images is important. You have some great photies but they are chuffing HUGE in terms of file size, which eats into both your storage allocation and your bandwidth.
Think of it this way: you have a big driveway to pave, and the setts are delivered on 8-wheelers. However, the site access (bandwidth) is a narrow lane and the wagons can't get down. The obvious answer is to use smaller wagons or a 5T dumper. The setts will still get there, but in smaller batches.
If the images are compressed (known as 'optimised for web') they will load faster and take up less space on the server.
I have a big chunk of webspace that is adequate for smaller websites. It's not really fast enough to handle this site, but I host a few sites there for contractors and the like. There's no upper limit on storage, which would resolve your immediate issue, but you really do need to get your site optimised to make best use of that storage and the bandwidth.
