done all the main roads in sheffield but every thing else and pavements is a sheet of ice, i live on a big steep hill and i'm the only one going in or out.
the grit boxes are all empty, spoke to my mum and dad out in the peaks they've got 8 inches dad had to plough the lane with the 8 ton with the blade to get in or out.
i'm waiting on citylink to deliver my amazon order, tracked it and said they tried to deliver when i was in all day yesterday and no card reckon the driver just gave up or something.
stopped to rescue a cabstar that had got side ways on a road blocking it, so did a u turn and pulled it back into the road unblocking it and there was this woman with her daughter driving giving me sh*t about if i was going to be any longer, i mean the road would have been blocked, the 2 guys were just looking at it helpless. her daughter was hiding her face in embarrassment needless to say i gave her a piece of my mind.
