L B C or simular talk radio for some good interactive debates. then alternate music stations depending on mood at the time. Classic is a relaxing station to drive home with late at night. would'nt entertain he sun at all. mirror, express or mail, the 'posh' papers take too long to read. When commuting by train i would read the mirror on way, get the free city am and the free metro for break times. On the way home i would get the free London lite and the free evening standard.
