can someone advise me? I am fed up with pressure washing my 160 square foot drive every two years or so, any other tips that will help to keep it looking nice I would be grateful for, I've put sealant on twice but dosn't seem to last very long, when resanding is it a good idea to put granular weed killer down?

sealants are usually helpfull in preventing dirt and moss build up on block pavers, and you said you have used these there are several cleaners on the market being chemical or mechanical but if i understand correctly you are cleaning only once every two years, in my opinion this is just standard maintenance
If your sealant isn't lasting, then it's a poor quality product. You should choose one of the better quality sealants listed on the Links page for those products. I can personally recommend both Resiblock and TechCon Supaseal.
I wouldn't use a granular weedkiller - I'd re-sand the joints and then water in a soluble weedkiller, summat like PathClear. The water carries it deeper into the joints, and the surface of the blocks, and so achieves a better result.
However, as Alan said, if you're only cleaning every couple of yerars, then you're getting off lightly. Most drives and patios benefit from an annual cleaning, and those in shady, damp or mossy areas may need doing twice each year, if they are not sealed.
