the polymerics are definitely more suited to semi skilled or DIY types.
the resins are not idiot proof (believe me i have seen numpties balls up 3 part resin mixes=not cheap)
mortar pointing can be a drama for anyone not used to using it

bigwest,just pull your lines through the door and plumb down with a level,
