I am putting up a 3.6m x 3m metal shed on a 100mm concrete slab base and was wondering if I could gain some extra headroom by laying a course of blocks around the perimeter for it to sit on? If so, approximately how many blocks would I need?

a block is 450 by 215 by 100mm i will let you do the math
