i had a look on ebay and second hand mixers go for surprisingly good money
delivery or collection is the limiting factor
230/240 volts is to dangerous for a pro, i got a wack from one years ago and have never used anything but 110v since

Just a quick question .......after a week of laying the flags a couple still look wet like it has soaked through the flag will this eventually dry out ? They did get a little wet after about 4 hrs being laid as we had a small rain shower but 90% are fine just the odd one that still looks wet.

PS: They have been laid the same on a wet mix.

Perfectly normal, nochex. It's the cement still curing that causes it. It'll be gone next year.

Hi Guy's last week i treated my flags with the Bero as per instructions 3/1 and although it has made the rust spots fade slightly they are still apparent and not only that where i have walked on the flags at the bottom of the yard it has left shades of my foot print and to me the whole area where i have done seams a little patchy even though it was all fully covered as per instructions.

As above i think that Bradstone should send a rep out or a contractor to put this right as i have already spent a fortune on it and not only that it's the time it's took me also and all the hard work.

I doubt it that anything will be done but worth a try i suppose.

Email sent with pictures to Simply Paving who have replied that they have now forwarded it to Bradstone.

I have told them i am not going to apply any further chemicals or liquids to my newly laid flags and they should send a rep out or a contractor to sort this mess out as it has cost me a fortune.

Pictures of the flags which look 10 years old with green mold on the edges and patches all over the place.

The chances off bradstone sending a contractor to do anything is slim to none,the green is alot to do with water laying in the joint as they are not fully pointed,that will be the first thing bradstone will point out, MSH
