Anyone had any experience on the maintenance of simulated slate paving ?
I have been offered 30 sq meters from a friend who if taking them up inside their house. They are 3cm thick and are marketed for indoor or outdoor use.

I want to use them for a outside patio.

Anyone got thoughts ?
Not sure if they will be slipperly when wet?
Hard to maintain ? Lose colour ?

Any pro's and con's ?

Thanks

Without seeing them we could only guess what they would be like. However if they are manufactured to be suitable for outdoor use then they should be ok. With regards colour fastness all coloured concrete fades to some degree or other but a good sealant can lessen the effects.
Can't see it from my house
