One of the main contractors we sub for have been fined £5.6M in the OFT Bid Rigging & Cover Pricing investigation by the OFT.

I do hope this doesn't affect our working relationship with the MC, in terms of being paid for works we have carried out to date.

Anyone else in the same situation?
