Riven paving jointing

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi i have just laid some riven paving and would like some advice on pointing , are these dry mixes any good or do i need to mortar individually ?

Also slabs are grey any suggestions on what colour for pointing ?
