Did that hit nerve? Good. There's no need to respond though - they are in fact rhetorical questions, written with the intention of demonstrating that two can play your game. Pride in your work is one thing, pride in yourselves is quite a nasty quality so I hope you bear that in mind in future.

would just like to point out we all started out being a labourer even when having the chance to inprove our selfs you dont become good in what you do by being high and mighty and 99%who are good at there work are also humble you have a talent for grammer so why not use that to inprove your life and leave us gentle building workers who all work together as a team from the new starters to the top which as far as i am concernd if your happy in your work your as good as the man next to you some people push them selfs more in life and work you make your own luck and and have to work very hard at it i have worked with and trained labourers who in there own right have more skill than me as we say in wales there by the grace of god we go ps wish i could spell like you wherees the spell check help

All of us in the brew cabin give advice for free,in our own time,as the gaffer has said it's amazing the patience we have show,
if you wont listen and take in advice don't bother asking for it there a lot of people pit there glad off our time to help them,
