I have been working on my driveway for a couple of weeks now and have screeded all the sand to the correct level. The rain has been an issue all the way through the project but will it affect the final job to continue laying blocks on wet compacted and screeded sand or not?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for that. I was starting to get worried that the weather was going to undo all my hard work.

As long as it doesnt turn to slop, i have had this a few times and have had to lift all the screed, pile the sand and let it drain out, then throw the bottom pile away.
Mind you if you have the time then im sure it will drain itself.
