Breedon - Breedon in joints?

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I am using Breedon SBG in a courtyard. The central area will be just Breedon, but there are 2 terraces and a path of Yorkstone with kentish ragstone laid as a pattern. Will it work to use the Breedon between the (20mm) joints here? Would I need to sift out some of the fines and use coarser Breedon in the joints to prevent it going soggy in the rain? I want a french hoggin type look, but not a soggy one! Thanks in advance.

As long as you accept that the Breedon wont provide stability to the joints, you should be fine. Make sure the flagstones are properly bedded and cant move at all before adding the jointing because the Breedon won't do much to keep them in position.

Thanks very much Tony. Yes all well bedded and won't be going anywhere with or without Breedon, which is just decorative here but goes with the main area of Breedon in the centre. Really appreciate your time, thank you.
