Hey guys just got 50sqm of Injun stone delivered to site and the guys walked it through the house and piled it up out back, when i got there these were the sizes they had given me .. what do you think ??
900 x 600 - 30
600 x 600 - 39
600 x 300 - 56
300 x 300 - 113 seems a hell of alot...

cheers and keen to hear your opinion..

Typical BM - offload all those shitty little buggers on some poor sod who won't realise just how bleeding useless they are.

I've just completed a design for a random layout patio of just under 60m²....

Patio: Indian Sandstone

900x600mm 43nr 23.22 m²
600x600mm 51nr 18.36 m²
300x600mm 68nr 12.24 m²
300x300mm 54nr 4.86 m²

...note the ratio. It's nothing like you have, and this patio includes a side path where it's easier to use up those little 'uns.

Area of Flags/Slabs 58.7 m²

Thats approx 10m2 i would be looking for them to replace at least half of them for an equal number of the other sizes. If they wont deliver then 2 runs in a car would suffice.
Can't see it from my house

yeah planning on sending back at least 65 of 300x300 and maybe even 10 of the 600x300 as well.
Just means that i have to take them all through the house and load them up in the van up to the merchants off load and then argue with the guys and then they will probly make me load the ones i want by hand and then drive thme back to site and take them all through the house again.. all that and havent laid 1....
cheers and thanks

for me roughly equal numbers of the 4 size random layout works best,if anything a few less of the little ones
something like 10:10:10:9
