I have worked for multi ethnic groups and find it hard to generalise, although the pakistanis in luton are mainly from kashmir which is a relatively poor part of a poor area.
i cant match their mate who will bodge it up for £500,on the whole hindus and sikhs are slightly better payers, but still not great
. but as soon as you pigeon hole people it comes back and surprises you
best payers are working class folk, they understand why we go to work.
retired engineers are the biggest pain

Someone else did his drive and there are more joints in the tar than there are currently smouldering at Glastonbury!
They have all the time in the world to become instant tarmac experts and want everything millimetre perfect.
Talking of millimetres, we sometimes work under a highways guy who is so fussy - we call him "Millimetre Mick".....drives us mad!
