i have ordered 7 tonne of grit sand for my bedding course from a local building supplier, its come this morning but the invoice details it as concrete sand, is this the same? or if not the same is it a suitable product for my bedding course?
i can only apologise for the fact that i realise some of the questions ive asked on here over the past couple of days probably seem a bit stupid, but im just trying to make sure i get everything right - "if you dont ask you dont know"
thanks everyone for all the help and advise ive recieved!

Grit sand can be coarse concrete sand - C Grade (CP) or even M Grade (MP). Grading envelopes overlap and a 4mm MP concrete sand can meet the spec for Cat 2 block laying sand. most quarries will have 1 stockpile for each sand grade but are able to sell different products from it depending upon end use.
i used to love using tarmac, but got fed up with getting my asphalt
