bulk bags are always a lot more expensive per ton than a full wagon load, if we are ordering enough for a job 200 tons + can get it down to £9 a ton up here, but lots of quarries in the high peak.

as well as the SHW 800 compliance, you can always ask for documentation to prove they comply with the WRAP Quality Protocol.
no they sell it as recycled mot 1, the guy i ordered it with told me it was certified and even offered a copy of the certificate, when i complained about it having soil in he said this is normal for mot 1 its used to bind the rest of the contents together! haha i feel a lot better with myself having got rid off it! put all the true mot 1 in today, a long and painful process, i honestly dont know how you guys do it day in day out im aching everywhere! its all whacked down and looking good! ive got the blocks coming tommorrow so im going to get the kerbs and edge restraints in and then lay the blocks over the weekend!
