We did a job in Sutton Coldfield, the sandwich lady used to deliver a full breakfast on a paper plate (with toast) for £2.50. The whole site would order, about 25 plates in all.
The dry-walling bloke had one every day of the job for 3 months and went on the lash just after he finished at 2.30 pm ....he got gout

Usually have porridge, or weetabix first thing in the morning with a nana (04.30) ryvita with coronation chicken, or tuna at 10.30. fruit at lunchtime 2.00ish . Then whatever my good wife does me for supper when i get home at about 8.20ish. Saturday sometimes go to town and get a takeaway salad box, tuna, turkey or beef, bargain really. Sunday eat out with a nice roast,or carvery so fill my plate with a ton of veg and undo my belt :D . I'm not keen on the food vans in the lay by, or at the markets and boot sales it always seems under done, cold and tasteless. One thing i am addicted to is a good strong cup o tae, it has to be boiling hot with a follow on cup. F*** i am feeling the munchies coming on, time for a midnight feast.
