Has anyone used or heard of a sand stabiliser called Oscrete. If so whats it like and how does it compare to other types. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you mean. Why would unbound sand need a stabiliser?

Looking at their website, most of their products seem to be for either mass production of paving or bulk production of concrete, mortar, etc.
