As part of my patio project I'm looking at a couple of designs - either square to the house or at an angle. The angle seems an attractive option for several reasons, not least because the house is a bit quirky anyway, and the approach to the patio will be from the side of the house.
So, a couple of questions:-
Is it going to look a bit 'odd' if free edge of the patio is at 30 degrees to the house?
Should the patio paving be laid 'square' with respect to the house, or to the free edge?
