how do i work out how much sand and cement i need for 28m squared patio using spot method

tony will av ya! when he see's that! read up on his flag laying section, and it will tell you why spot bedding is such a sin!

I can't tell you how much sand and cement is needed to spot bed 28 square metres of flags, because I'm not a bloody cowboy and I have NEVER laid flags that way - me Dad would have rapped me knuckles with the edge of a brick trowel if I even considered it!!
