Sunken Pavers

I have spent most of the day pressure-cleaning 85sq metres of paving, and my back's killing me, hence I'm writing this post at 4.00am!

I noticed that a dozen or so pavers have sunk by a few cms. Can anybody tell me how to remove these, and apart from filling with a few cm of sand, is there anything else I need to do before replacing?

Thanks, Tony. I did a search on "removing pavers" but onlt got a result on laying blocks in Florida!
