Here are some photos of the St Albans job we were talking about.

A part cleaned area, almost finished after six days of washing.

The whole job was over 5000 sq.mts, 101 bags of kiln dried used.

gee whizz! 4 tonne of sand? that means 4 tonnes of sand blasted out! wheredid it all go did you have to get a skip?!

looks like a great job. Its not the registry office is it?

yeah how does it work with the waste from cleaning. do you have to clear it up or can you dilute most of it with the water ? ???

There were a couple of skips on site that we could use, alot went into the old flower beds as landscaping had not been done when we cleaned, and a lot of the old plants etc were being dug out.

Yes it is the registry site, but not the registry's paving, there are four office blocks on the site, I think this was the old prison? and we were only contracted to clean what belonged to office block four.

The whole job worked like this,
6 days to wash, 5 of the days had 2 machines pulling 11 gallons of water per minute.
Sanding took 5 1/2 days @ 2 persons per day, we lost half a day as we were sanding the week it snowed up there.

Total job was 5700 sq mts.

must get you to have a lok at my drive sometime. (will email pics)
not massive, but mossy (tarmac). could do with a blast

We do try not to let any sludge go down drians etc, this one did flood, there are 3 gullys running across the car park, and the lowest one was blocked before we even started, so had to jet-it, out it was full of leaves etc this area had not been cleaned since paving was laided early eighties at a guess.
