Damp course - Is 130mm below ok?

My edge course adjacent to the house is 130mm below the damp course instead of the recommended 150mm. This is because the drive slopes down from house to pavement for water flow. Is this very bad or is it passable?

Judging by what you have said you should have no cause for concern as long as there is no standing water against the house.
