Marshalls drivesett terracotta will it fade

hi im after a terracotta paving like marshalls drivesett but will it fade to pink quickly and look awful like so many red paving jobs i see?

Yes in my experience most highly coloured blocks fade reasonably fast, although marshalls terracota isnt too bad for fading.
resin sealant will help seal the colour in though :)

The reasonably new Brett silver haze and other similar colours are great as the fading process is already half beaten what with them being grey. They are also imo the best colour for so many types of property.

i already have brett silver haze mixed with charchall in my back garden as in my last house i had to buy full packs of all the different sizes and had loads left over, i fancy a change

ive laid a couple of drives in terracotta duo about three years ago near my house and they still look pretty good

All concrete paving that relies on iron-based pigments for colour will fade. That's the way of the world. If you want to maintain a reddy colour with your paving, either choose a natural product such as a clay paver or a block with an exposed aggregate surface, or use a good quality sealant with the Drivesett Duo once it's been down a few months.
