Hi Dave
I looked at Kwik Kerb but didn't see the point of paying a fortune for a franchise.
I went for a Lil' Bubba machine as the build quality is much better and they don't do franchising, all they do is manufacture the equipment and also use it in Florida, but they have a great support setup, if you want to know anything or are having a problem you just pick up the phone or E-mail them and they are on it.

Some interesting "trades" in amongst the posts, we are trying to get into the driveway markets more, but, our local rag ran an advert this week for a firm offering "half price driveways & paving" now to me it looks like a con of some sort, but to Joe Public who knows.
Darren (Edgecraft), i am correct in thinking your in the uk though?
Is there much call for the continous edging, its not something ive come accross up here in sunny cumberland.

I try and stick with block paving especially drives but obviously patios too. try not to do too much natural stone as type 1 base, solid bed, weatherstruck joints = big £ which people dont like, i also really dont like rigid paving as i worry about the ground moving.
Also do landscaping, bases, brickwork and the like but really just go for the paving work.
Nothing beats a 100m2 driveway :p not too big and not too small.
