Drainage in garden to protect my garage

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I just moved to a property that has nice big garage, but ... with a problem.
The level of the floor was build at the same lavel like the house, but that also means lower than the back wall adjacent garden (which is on the slope - very gentle)
he plastic sheets were in place, but I do not find it as a suitable solution. During heavy rain I get some wet patches in the corner of the garage.
What drainage could I do?
I have no room to let any water out on the side (as there is neighbours garage)

HELP!

Yet again, without seeing the actual layout, there's not alot I can suggest. It may be that a length of linear drain would do the trick, but I can't tell whether installing such would be feasible.

Or perhaps a drainage composite with the impermeable face laid against the external garage wall could be the solution, but, as I say, without photos, plans or some detailied layout description, there;s not much I can suggest that has any real merit.
