hands up if you've been rained off today, tried to start laying flags but it was a joke. got through 2 coats in 2 hours and then gave up. but the mrs wants me to paint the bathroom :(

we did 1.75 m3 of c35 concrete in a ground beam then the heavens opened up,had to barrow the concrete up an incline of about 3 m which didnt help
still can catch up with the ironing now i am home :;):

Never bothered take the trailer or any machines out. Sat in the van for 6 hours, more kernackered than if I'd done a days graft. Especially the heaters in the van, head was nodding every few minutes.

Doing a fill site survey at Lancashire County Cricket Ground, P$ssed down every day so far.

I don`t know when they ever get time to play the bloody game with our summers.

was laying 225 pipes all day, concrete bed and surround, also put manhole base in and rough benched. try laying pipes with wet gear on. finished early tho 5.45 insted of 6.00 oclock :angry:

We worked late on Thursday and overlaid Friday's driveway - bloody glad we did as we'd never have done it yesterday.
