Resin bonded gravel drive

been asked by builders i am doing some groundworks for to quote for 160m2 resin bonded drive/parking area at the top of a 3m x 60m steep drive edged with cobbles. now the drive and bitmac aren't a problem but haven't done the resin bonding process before.

is it worth getting in specialist and losing the work or doing it our selfs we are pretty competent bunch and had a read through the relevant page on here and the scatter coating method seems the most appropriate.

plus its another string for our bow so to speak, so enough rambling anyone had experience of installing it and know of any pitfalls etc.

For that size of a job, I'd bring in a specialist subby. You can watch and learn, but be confident that, if it goes awry, it won't hurt your pocket.

Subbie without a doubt 160m2 is a fair old whack of a job to be doing as a first timer. Make an arse of it it you're screwed.

hi i am paying the price at the moment for a poor job on resin bonded drive i have to rip it up now and decide what to do next can you lay tarmak on top of concrete?:(
