Hi i currently have a concrete drivway and would like to have it changed as it looks a bit drab...is it possible to have tarmac put down straight on top or would it have to be lifted first??

Best to start afresh.

It is possible, if the concrete isn't cracked/sinking etc - but you might then have DPC issues.

The DPC is about 3 courses higher than the driveway at present and the concrete is fairly new due to fatherinlaw being a readymix driver and put down 6 metres.
