Further to our telephone conversation this evening, and after looking at photos, Heat might be the answer for getting residue off the pavers/slabs. I could hit this with about 250 degree heat which would remove the staining, and leave pointing intact. With regards to telephone conversation, DON"T go the citic or oxalic route.
If you want me to take a look at this give me a call.
Thanks R&A

Will let it go for a bit and see how it goes after a few weeks..
Thanks for ya help and will deff pass on your number..
Cheers and will let you know how it goes..

textured slabs + polymeric? wouldnt it be a nightmare getting the resin/sand out of the textured top on trying to use it? I'm not sure i would have used a polymeric on that type of surface - it can "grab" on heavily rivened sandstone etc...
full bed only - spot and dabs are the scourge!!

We only use the NCC products now and our speciality is Sandstone. You just have to make sure you get all the residue off the slab face. We also saw their demo of the epoxy mortars today and they are officially the mutts nuts.

Our local builders merchants Jubilee Building Supplies will be stocking it for us from now and supply Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
