!!!!
The guy's a cowboy! Who, in their right mind, employs anyone to do a shoddy job?

Checked out some refernces give and he was a member of the federation of master builders . He also talked a good build and tied up with all other bulders/quoted received .Just when he came to do the job it all fell apart. According to Trading standards we have to let him rectify the work . What sort of Job is he going to do next time!!
