Romex is good stuff but a boll*cks to get hold of. If you can't find it try GFTK instead their distribution is much better and it's a similar quality product. You will need the slurry type stuff for joints that small.

Go on the websites and read up about it. It's a pretty standard practice and there are special slurry jointing compounds available from both romex and GFTK. Normal mortar slurry takes a bit of practice though but the compounds are easy.

Great advice Pablo thanks! I used the main website and found NCC and contacted their Chorley branch, I explained the job and the advice I have been given on the forum. David Mackay was really helpful and explained in detail how to use the product which was vdw 800 and delivery was on time..... So thanks all it was a piece of cake! I got a good sweat on brushing it off but it worked a treat and it was raining.
here's a pic of the job..

Cheers LLL one of my first big jobs and things are going well I might have been a little naive in pricing the job but you live and learn and hopefully more work will come of it………

I'd just like to add my tuppence worth - nice job! I recently went back to a job we did in black limestone which was to be pointed with white cement. I used Romex Patio resin mixed with a local kiln dried which was very blond, almost white.
50 odd square metres in 3 sections, done in just over an hour and a half with 3 guys (first time using it).
Fantastic - the dogs nuts, hugely happy client and 2xrecommendations from it already.....
I've spoken to NCC too and will be trying their stuff soon.
full bed only - spot and dabs are the scourge!!
