Block paving - Surface water to rainwater system

Hi all
On a block paved drive is it possible, and is the way it should be done, to install a linear drain and run it into the roof rainwater soakaway drain, the drain has ceramic pipework.
If this is correct could you please advise me of the correct way to connect the two systems together.

go to merchants and purchase adaptor drain gully, or cut into existing gully and bench into it:)
