Hello I,m having a challenge cleaning Stoneflair Indian sandstone I laid it nearly 3 years ago and have cleaned it before with soapy hot water and it has come up clean this time however it remains dirty with tiny black spots and dirt along the ridges which I think is ground in dirt,I wonder if anyone could recommend a good Indian sandstone cleaner?I have looked at www.tiledoctor.co.uk cleaners but don,t know if there any good? Also should I reseal it after I clean it and again I,m looking for a recommened sealer for Indian sandstone?
Many Thanks

Also someone said I should use a jet wash but I think it will brake the slabs up any advice?

Hi I have just joined because I have a problem with indian sandstone slabs. I have a large area of slabs and this year, (they are only about two or three years old), nearly every slab has lost its colour and nearly every slab is covered in black spots. It looks absolutely awful. These spots look as if they are 'ground in'. Jet washing did not help. Any suggestions?

The pressure washer must be a bit lightweight. Sandstone normally comes up a treat with a decent-ish machine.

When clean, the colour will be exactly as when first laid, and as it has been and will be for the next few millenia.

Also want to second LLL reccommendation of R&A Pressure Washing. I've used Roger's highly professional service and was very impressed with the results.
