I was discussing some drainage with an engineer and asked about the proposed aco channel saying that " the ground ramped down there.? After some considerable thought ( with thumb and finger on chin ) he actually said not to worry because it did'nt ramp down it.....went up." I know he's young and has to learn. But what do they actually teach them at college these days. Ramp definition: to join two different levels. :laugh:
thats true. to an engineer just starting out a straight line is a straight line ,yes? now pipe from a to b with half dozen pile caps in the way. to you its still a straight line, to me its a problem with a solution
