I think this depends on what blocks you are using tbh. I find concrete pavers are far less likely to be damaged than clays, and then it depends on what clay paver you are using. Blockelys for example I find are one of the best pavers for withstanding wacker damage whereas some of the baggeridge pavers are truly horrendous if your not careful with em.
