Keybond and kiln dried sand

Is there a way to remove the kiln dried sand that has hardened by the keybond and fixed itself to the face of the block paving ?

Not as far as I know, but you could try asking Marshalls. As suppliers of the Keybond jollop, they, if anyone, should know.
