I'm sooo glad you came along Sean (I knew you'd save the day!) as I was getting outnumbered by the sheer amount of dog lovers here!

I agree!

I once had to cut some hedges at a house and upon entering the garden, i disovered that she never cleared up after her 3 labrador dogs. And to add to that, the bloke over the road used to leave his dog with her during the day, it would add to the mayhem, then he would take it home again.

I put a flower pot over every offending article to avoid treading in it. and i left them there as a mark of protest.I was short of work back then, and now i refuse to work in such conditions!

Its when it gets forced between the toes that does it ( or doesn't do it for me ). with my ex missus she had dogs but not what you would call a mans dog, no they were those ugly squash up face dogs that looked like they had ran into a concrete wall. Then it was about half dozen of the little yorkies that yap yap all day. I'm 6ft 2 so imagine me walking those. :p

Just to add to gallery - our 3 - after years of resistance, had to give in to the missus when we finally moved to a place with a bit of space - don't tell the wife but they've converted me - mum on left with 2 of her 18mth sprogs that we kept. Puppies went for £550 a pop !! 8 of them.

He'll either have to butt stroke the poor beast to death or fix a bayonet cos his weapon isn't loaded.

Dan, what a handsome boy -- he just looks like the type to be a great chum.

LLL, most of the Chinese cresteds I see look a bit bizarre -- but that one is quite the handsome dog, too! (

The worst case I ever came across was in emsworth, where i was called out to sort out a blocked waste pipe in an elderly womans kitchen... I could smell the house half way down the street! The woman used to be a prize breeder, and there were rosettes and cups all over the place, there were about 12 dogs of various breeds running amock in the house, and there was dog crap every effin where. How i kept me lunch down I dont know, but sorted the blockage... it was pure fat from where she'd been boiling bones for the dogs and just emptied the pan down the kitchen sink. Left in a hurry, only to be called back for another blockage , this time in the bathroom.... Arrived at the property, and there was no sign of the dogs, or the owner and the front door was wide open.. I investigated the outside drains and they were clear... went into the premises and found the bathroom floor awash.. to cut this part of the story short, found she had tried to flush a section of carpet covered in dog crap down the toilet and had blocked the soil pipe. I just removed the entire soil pipe and replaced it with new, and left the old one at the side of the house, when a neighbour came up to me and said he'd heard the dogs barking like crazy at 2 o clock in the morning and had alerted the police...they found the woman casually walking two of her dogs wandering down the highstreet...only she was bollicky buff.Obviously she had been sectioned, and the local authority had taken the dogs into care... I phoned the police and asked them what should i do with the premises as they were insecure.. a copper came out and refused point blank even to go in the front door, and was retching every few minutes..I managed to secure the premises from the inside, get out though aa small window and then nailed it shut from the outside. Eventually found out where they had confined her, and sadly was informed that she was unlikely ever to be declared sane enough to be released...hence until someone gets probate, i'll not get paid :( still its sad when they go that way.. but for the grace of god, or whoever else is in power at the moment!:D
