Hey there can someone help me please !!

I am wanting to put down victorian tiles out the front of my entrance.. The concrete is crappy and thin so i will pull it up and lay new concrete down...How thick does it need to be? Can i put the concrete on the dug out soil??
Can i lay these tiles straight on a rapid setting mortar?
Cheers

lay in haste and regret at leisure.. read mainsite and decide about your base. Dont forget your own dpc levels and existing drainage.
