Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

I'd build a new soakaway some distance from the old site, using 'crates' as shown on the main site and connect to it with a new pipline.

i agree with tony! You need a licence from your water and sewer supplier at cost to you to connect to the mains as you got it dug why dont you use 100mm land drain pipe incased in 40mm clean stone(100mm bed and surround),wrapped in geo-textile, dig a hole where you old soakaway use to be 1m(l) x 1m(w) x 1m(depth) and fill with 40mm clean stone wrapped in geo-textile and run the land drain pipe to it, and then backfill to the surface
