Badly laid drive

I am in the Sheffield area and require someone to write up a report on a block paved drive which has been down about 2 years and is falling to bits.Im seeking the drive to be repaired and,as such taking the person to court to get him to pay for the repairs.A recent letter from the court states I need a report doing as to exactly why the drive way is collapsing into the garden.I have been let down by several firms who promised to come out then dont bother.If anyone can assist I would be grateful.

It will be much cheaper using Tony too!

Now I have seen that service, I would use that.

Tony's report should be more than sufficient.

If litigation looks likely, Tony may be able to expand on a specific area/topic in question.

One of the guys off the above databases I listed could attend court to help bolster your claim and provide further opinion.

I undertake one or two of these reports each week, but you have to be careful and ensure that you have the agreement of the court and/or the defendant to use any particular "expert", otherwise the report can be rejected out-of-hand and you won't be able to recover the cost of any such report.

Another item on the ever-growing list of "things to do" for the main website includes a step-by-step guide to dispute resolution. Trading Standrads have offered some help, but I've still not managed to find a way of sqeezing another couple of hours into the day to give me the time to do all these things!
