8 weeks after moving into a 1973 bungalow we find that our next door neighbours 50m2 drive (installed 2 years ago) discharges into a poorly constructed soak-a-way on and just to my side of the boundary between us, and only 3.9m away from our foundations. The surrounding area of my garden is waterlogged and the footing + 2 bricks are standingin water. Although the water table is naturally high and the recent rains have not helped, the amount of water being deposited from their drive onto our plot is alarming. Could you tell me if i have any redress in this matter and could you suggest a starting point? I have approached the elderly couple involved, but they deny any responsibility.
Great web site hope you can help.jacko
