£1500 to £2400 depending on many variables,that can only be costed by a site visit

It's dangerous to work with 'average' rates. Most residential jobs have so many variables that any suggested price can be little more than a guess. Regional variations complicate matters, but even without them, the smaller the job, the more awkward it is to give a guide price.

agreed cost of MOT round these parts is extortionate,but you have to imagine if some pikey has tried to charge someone 5k for 30 m2 then they now know its a rip off price
things like retaining walls can up the price of a job a lot,but b/paving on its own £50-80 per m2 inc kerbs is in the ballpark

nearest quarry to use is 50 miles up the M1
such is life
can get 10 tonne for £200, but if you dont need it straightaway where to store it ???
