What part of South Lanarkshire may i ask?

Leobrick: You can get marshalls stuff pretty much anywhere, they have a "transformation centre" over in Falkirk.

PJ's are private jobs ,as in not for your main boss,a good chance for lads to use all the firms kit and find out for themselves what happens when things go pearshaped, i used to love doing them, but got fed up with people talking about me popping round in my *spare* time,or just build that wall another 4 courses *mate* or how much for *pound notes*
you have to laugh but i have mates and relatives who think i want to work all weekend for a cuppa and a bacon sarnie TRUE

i have to use/hire all my own kit. No vans nor kit home with us lads. He dont like us getting our own work and doing it in our own time, but we have to earn our extras somewhere :)
