How do i slope and drain slabs - Slab patio sloping away from 2 buildings

I am constructing a patio 6m by 10m with random pattern heritage type concrete slabs that will go into a room at one end (the short side of the patio) through folding sliding doors. The slabs in the room behind the doors will be almost flush level with those outside on the patio. I have already installed a linear threshold drain along the doors. One long side of the patio is also adjacent to a building. I have been scratching my head about the best way to take rainwater away from both buildings given that a sloping patio away from the doors along the long building is restricted due to the presence of underground concrete and a slope away from the long building in front of the folding sliding doors would look wrong (especially at 1:40). I have toyed with the idea of sloping away from both buildings to produce a valley but that would be difficult to make in random slabs without cutting them diagonally which wouldn’t look good. Linear drains inside the patio would be difficult to achieve given the random pattern of paving slabs. The site is flat and over very sandy soil. Any suggestions about taking water away from both buildings with minimal visual impact on the random pattern and the posh doors would be much appreciated.

I can't understand why it's not possible to slope away from both buildings at, say 1:60.
And I don't understand why you think it would be difficult/impossible to create a valley. In my experience, it's easier to create twisted falls using these riven-effect flags than it is with 'flat' finish flags.
