Hello,

I want to start a new Shot Blasting Paving industry here in India i would like to know the following :

1) The Process
2) From where to get the machinery
3) Total cost of plant right from creating paving blocks to shot blasting it

Any other relevant ideas are welcomed.

I get this sort of thing almost every day.....

"I'm starting a XXXXXX business and wondered if you would help me by answering a few questions?

1 - How do you do it?
2 - How much should I charge?
3 - How do I attract customers?
4 - Where can I source raw materials?
5 - Can you write all this down for me in the form of a business plan?

...arseholes!

I also get a lot of "I'm setting up a paving company and wondered if you could give me a step-by-step guide on how to lay blocks". Needless to say, this type of moron gets a free sample of my extensive vocabulary of crudities.

Tony, you should go one better-- you'll do all of that, but you expect to be paid 100 quid an hour, plus 15% of all profits. That should weed out the pikers in short order.

Today's best email question...

"I've looked on the website but can't find any information on driveways...."

What can you do with people like that?

LLL, hope your freecycle is better than my local group -- I subbed here for about a week, but unsubbed when I realised that it was a thingly-disguised excuse for blatant begging for high-ticket items. This lot wasn't to be satisfied with gently used clothing -- they were begging for furniture, washers and dryers, stereos -- but the end-all was asking for a late-model car in good condition. For naught.

well TL being a moderator i tend to delete the accounts of these types or reject their mails because they have the caps lock on and no manners
"neid a FRIJE ANNA WASHING MACHEENanD A vauxhall VECtra 2 litre innit" and believe me ,that is just how some of them write in
i try and keep the email volume down by deleting anything i find spurious or just plain rude, its a very handy thing for me as i have saved on maybe 15 skips since i joined giving timber and other stuff away,i rarely collect anything
regards LLL :)
